When can I get a refund?

• Days 0 to 7: the payment has not cleared yet, so it cannot be refunded. The cancellation page tells you the date to come back, the 8th day after your payment.
• Days 8 to 14: you can be refunded in full.
• Day 15 onwards: the guarantee has ended. See after the 14 days.
