Licences and keys
How your licence key works, how to enter it and what to do if you lose it.
A licence bought on the website comes with a licence key. You enter the key in the app to unlock it. Maestro Pro needs a licence to be used. A licence works on up to 3 devices.
The key is emailed to the address you paid with, together with the TestFlight link to install the app. If you lose it, you can have it sent again from the key page.
- Enter your licence key in the appOn the paywall, tap Already have a licence key? and type your key.
- Recover a lost licence keyEnter the email address you paid with and the key is emailed to you.
- Use your licence on up to 3 devicesA licence bought on the website works on up to 3 devices. Education licences have no limit.
- Remove a device from your licenceUse the devices page on the key page to see where your licence is used and remove a device.
- If you have more than one licence keyIf you have subscribed more than once, the email lists every active key with its plan.
- My licence key is not workingCheck the key, check it is still active, and recover it again if needed.
