Settings has the choices that apply everywhere.

Look and feel

Appearance is light, dark or follow the system. Highlight Colour chooses the colour that lights up playing notes; the toolbar uses your accent colour. Advanced mode has Customise Every Colour.

Zoom, dark sheet music, follow playback and the three highlights have defaults here, which any score can override.
