Request licence cancellation

Subscribed inside the app through the App Store? Apple handles those payments, so this page cannot find them. Request a refund from Apple instead.

Enter your licence key and we will check where you stand before anything is cancelled or charged. You will see exactly what will happen and can then confirm or walk away.

Days 8 to 14 after your first payment: full refund, and your licence and any future payments are cancelled.
Within the first 7 days: a payment has to clear before it can be refunded, so you will be told the date to come back.
After day 14: no refund, but you can cancel going forward. Paying yearly: your subscription is cancelled and your key works to the end of the year. Paying monthly: one month plus half of the remaining 12-month term is collected, then your payments stop.
